The driver of the car fled the scene, leaving the scooter accident victim lying on the street in pain. He was taken to the emergency room with injuries to his head, neck, and back. The scooter accident victim is grateful to the strangers who came to his rescue and hopes that the surveillance video will help the police find the driver responsible for the hit-and-run. The Fort Lauderdale Police are investigating the incident and asking for any information on the driver’s whereabouts.
